Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre incorporates ballet, pilates, and barre methods with pre and postnatal training.

Our Village Free Playgroup Free

Enjoy fun and playful activities with your child and build a community of moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter.

Activities will vary and full description of activity for each playgroup will be provided via email after signing up. Feel free to join us for this event only or come early and get in a good workout with one of our FIT4MOM Mommy and Me classes. See schedule for more details.

FREE Stroller Strides Spring Grand Opening Free

This FREE Stroller Strides class will be a Mom + Babes only class that is led by two of our fantastic instructors! This class is for ANY mom who is looking for a way to be active while meeting other moms in a socially-distanced way! Usually our Saturday classes are open to families but due to the nature of this FREE event we want to ensure that there is openings for as many moms as possible to attend. We will have a goodie bag for all moms in attendance and a spring craft for children to do after class with us or later at home!

We plan to offer swag, giveaways, and deals on some of our services as well!

Bring your yoga mat, resistance band, water, stroller, and your babe! Get ready for some socially-distanced fitness and fun to celebrate our return to outdoor classes and spring!

Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door!

Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

20th Anniversary Celebration + Popsicles with Elsa, Anna, and Kristoff Free

Join us as we celebrate FIT4MOM's 20th Anniversary with a FREE mommy + me class consisting of exercise moves from some of our programs including Stroller Strides, Body Boost, and Strides 360. This class is perfect for moms of all stages of motherhood.

After class, stay and enjoy popsicles and a visit from Elsa, Anna, and Kristoff from Disney's Frozen!

Social distancing measures will be in place to ensure the health of all who come to enjoy this free workout and this class will take place outdoors.

Body Boost

Body Back® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Join us for a (free) HIIT WORKOUT + INSPIRING MEDITATION at our Body Well™ Preview Class.

BODY WELL™ is a journey. It is 8-weeks, just for you, to focus on your personal goals! Whether your goals are fitness or personal growth, you will be supported in your journey. You might be 6 months postpartum or 16 years but this program will leave you feeling just both challenged and motivated. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged!

In this program you will join a private Facebook Group where you will receive daily reach-outs and a space to learn with a small, community feel. Your coaches will post information to guide and challenge you through your 8-weeks! In addition to small group coaching, you will have access to TWO “in-person” HIIT workouts each week. These HIIT workouts are only accessible to BODY WELL Mamas for these 8-weeks! In addition, you get ALL ACCESS to our Central Cincinnati schedule of classes! This means you can add more workouts to your week and meet more mamas in our community whenever it is convenient for you.

BODY WELL not only provides a great workout but it offers educational resources to manage stress, sleep and adequate nutrition to fuel your high-intensity workouts. With a focus on nutrient-dense, whole-foods and simple ingredients and access to a full nutrition guide + recipes, you’ll be energized for all that mom-life will throw your way! Body Well is not a weight-loss program. It’s a lifestyle guide! Our workouts and guided nutrition support you while our coaches encourage and motivate you!

Join us for a free Stroller Strides class to celebrate Mother's Day.

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized!
