Free Body Well® Preview Class

Join us for a (free) HIIT WORKOUT + INSPIRING MEDITATION at our Body Well™ Preview Class.

BODY WELL™ is a journey. It is 8-weeks, just for you, to focus on your personal goals! Whether your goals are fitness or personal growth, you will be supported in your journey. You might be 6 months postpartum or 16 years but this program will leave you feeling just both challenged and motivated. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged!

In this program you will join a private Facebook Group where you will receive daily reach-outs and a space to learn with a small, community feel. Your coaches will post information to guide and challenge you through your 8-weeks! In addition to small group coaching, you will have access to TWO “in-person” HIIT workouts each week. These HIIT workouts are only accessible to BODY WELL Mamas for these 8-weeks! In addition, you get ALL ACCESS to our Central Cincinnati schedule of classes! This means you can add more workouts to your week and meet more mamas in our community whenever it is convenient for you.

BODY WELL not only provides a great workout but it offers educational resources to manage stress, sleep and adequate nutrition to fuel your high-intensity workouts. With a focus on nutrient-dense, whole-foods and simple ingredients and access to a full nutrition guide + recipes, you’ll be energized for all that mom-life will throw your way! Body Well is not a weight-loss program. It’s a lifestyle guide! Our workouts and guided nutrition support you while our coaches encourage and motivate you!

Boost classes will be held at Weller Park on Sundays at 9:30am with Jane and Thursdays at 6pm with Amy! Small group Facebook accountability and coaching with Bree!
